Xiaomi Redmi 4X With Snapdragon 435 Announced!

Aside from the Surge S1 chip powered Mi 5C, Xiaomi has introduced the new 64 bit Snapdragon 435 octa core powered Xiaomi Redmi 4X for the Chinese Market.

It's powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 430 octa core processor!

It'll remind you of the old Redmi 4 as it has the same 5 inch HD 720p display and Adreno 505 graphics unit, but this has a newer chip w/ faster LTE speeds which offers 300 Mbps downlink and 100 Mbps uplink.

The rest of the specs are similar to what you'll see with the older Redmi 4. There will be a 2 GB RAM / 16 GB ROM model and a 3 GB RAM / 32 GB ROM edition.

There's no word about their international release yet, but in China, the Redmi 4X has a price that starts at just CNY 699. That's around PHP 5.1K out of direct conversion rates w/o taxes, duties, and etc. yet.
