Today, Kata Philippines has teased us with their upcoming line-up for smartphones by the end of this year. It includes the Kata Selfie flagship, Kata i5 midrange, and the entry-level Kata C2.

The Kata Selfie is pegged to be best Kata flagship yet. It boast a solid metal unibody frame with a 5.5 inch Full HD screen. Under the hood, it's powered by a 1.3 GHz 64 Bit octa core processor paired with 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable internal storage, and 3,000 mAh battery.

The main highlight of this phone is its 18 MP Sony flipping camera w/ AF and dual tone LED flash. It also supports the 700 MHz LTE bands for faster and more stable internet connection and has fingerprint sensor for added security at the back.

The Kata i5 on the other hand is a midrange phone loaded with pretty good internals for its expected price. It comes with 5 Inch HD IPS screen, runs with a 1.3 GHz octa core processor, 3 GB RAM, 16 GB expandable internal storage, and 3,000 mAh of battery capacity. Then it has 13 MP Sony sensor at the back, 8 MP Samsung lens in front, fingerprint sensor behind, and has LTE connectivity.

The Kata C2 is the entry-level model with decent configurations. It has a 5.5 inch HD IPS screen, 1.3 GHz quad core processor, 1 GB RAM, 2,600 mAh battery, and fingerprint scanner at the back.
