After its international announcement few months back, the LG X Power with big battery capacity was silently launched in the Philippines yesterday.

Designed to compete with other big battery phones from other international brands like Asus and Acer, the LG X power is equipped with 4,100 mAh of battery designed to last for more than a day of use.

It sports a 5.3 inch HD IPS screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels at 277 pixels per inch, 2 GB of RAM, 13 MP f/2.2 main camera w/ AF and LED flash, and 5 MP f/2.4 selfie camera w/ 1080p video support. The LG X Power also loads with speedy LTE connectivity and Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

However, we are still not sure what exact variant we have here. Internationally, there are LG X Powers with MT6755M, MT6735, and Snapdragon 210 variants. Based on its 13 MP primary camera, we are speculating that it could be the LS755 with MT6755M 64 bit octa core chip paired with Mali T860 GPU.

The handset is priced at just PHP 8,490, making it one of the more lucrative / affordable big battery powered phone today.
