Meizu M3E: First Camera Samples

One of Meizu's more interesting offering in the land is the M3E, an affordable handset with premium craftsmanship, capable specs, and good main camera on paper. Speaking of that main camera, the Meizu M3E is equipped with a 13 MP f/2.2 Sony IMX258 sensor w/ PDAF and dual tone LED flash.

It's a type of camera technology not commonly found on phones with this level of affordability at PHP 10,990. In addition, Lazada gave us an info that the said handset will go on a 3 day sale for PHP 6,995 only at their upcoming 5th Birthday Sale. Those reasons made us very intrigued on what this handset is capable of in terms of shooting performance.

So, without further ado. Here's our first few snaps taken using the Meizu M3E!

For now, we got the images we expected from a Sony IMX258 sensor. Colors are punchy and details are articulate. We also liked the camera software developed by Meizu as it its intuitive and feature packed. In particular, the manual camera mode is loaded with the basic adjustments to enable you to play around with your images with more control.

Oh by the way, the selfie camera at 5 MP looks promising as well! So far, so good!

Stay tuned for our full report!
